Peter's Potato Gulash
Cube 4 strips of bacon and brown in pan/pot
Once bacon is browned add 1 large chopped onion. Saute until transparent.
Add 1 Tbsp of sweet paprika. Add Cayanne pepper to your liking. Stir with bacon/onions for about a minute.
Add 5 cubed potatoes (yukon golds are great) and stir in mixture. Allow to brown slightly but don't let your onions burn. Keep everything moving.
Add enough water to cover the potatoes. Bring to boil. Simmer for about 10 minutes or until potatoes are done.
Add a little bit of soup boullion mix to enhance flavor.
Cut up some natural casing wieners and add to stew. Heat until everything is warm.
Serve and enjoy.
Here are it is... except i added tomato paste, cinnamon and Tabasco sauce.
