Hotdish Hump Day: 10.07 | Cook: Abby

The most famous Minnesota hotdish is Tater Tot Hotdish. (Minnesotians are very distributive...casserole vs hotdish... its all the same to me)

Abby's Tater Tot Hotdish

6 Servings

1 pound ground beef
1 can of french cut greenbeans
1 10 3/4 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 16 oz. package frozen tater tots

Layer One: Brown the ground beef and season with your favorite beef seasoning; drain off any fat. Layer Two: Stir in the soup, milk, and the vegetables. Transfer the mixture to a 9 x 13" baking dish. Layer Three: Arrange the tater tots on top.

Bake in a preheated 325° oven for about 50 minutes, or until the mixture is bubbly and the tater tots are brown and crisp.

So frik'n good!
