Hotdish Hump Day: 1.27 | Cook: Nick

Slam my hand. I know. I know. With so much going on I just well forgot. But!!! here it is. In a pretty bow and ready to be un wrapped. Hotdish Hump Day!

Nick served up Hot Tot Hotdish. A modified version of Abby's Tater Tot Hotdish.

Just add lots of cheese to the top! Very, very good. Cheese really makes everything better. Especially feta cheese.
