Michelle's Touch of Jalapeño
You can make it with our without meat. 
Cheese sauce:
2 TBS of Butter
2 Cups of Shredded Cheese or Velveeta 
1/3 cup Skim Milk.
Bring to a slow simmer until everything is melted. Add to cooked macaroni in a 9x13 baking dish. Add cooked meat. I used turkey sausage. Or add mushrooms. Mix gentely. Add 1 bag of shredded cheese to the top and back for 30 mins at 350. Add crushed Jalapeño flavored chips to the top and back for another 5 to 10 mins. 
It was really easy and very good.
